Distribution Types
Distribution with Acknowledgment of Receipt and Evaluation
Distribution with AR and evaluation: Associate an evaluation questionnaire with the distribution to verify recipients' understanding. The document is only considered as read after successfully completing the questionnaire with the minimum required score. Ideal for mandatory training and critical documents.
Distribution with Acknowledgment of Receipt (AR)
Distribution with AR: Request reading confirmation to ensure recipients have acknowledged the document. Including automatic reminder system, complete traceability and audit evidence.
External Distribution
External distribution: Share your documents securely with recipients outside the organization (suppliers, customers, partners) via a temporary link or email delivery. Including automatic watermarking and consultation traceability.
Internal Distribution
Internal distribution: Distribute your documents to internal users according to different scopes: all users, by department, by business process or custom selection. Automatic upon implementation or manual at any time.
Paper Distribution
Paper distribution: Distribute printed documents to people who don't have access to the QDM application (field staff, external partners, physical archives). Generation of distribution slips and manual management of paper acknowledgments of receipt.
