Hierarchical organization allows you to structure the company in Avanteam Process Studio by reflecting your organization's actual organizational chart. This structuring is essential for proper workflow functionality, access rights management, and information distribution.

Implementing a coherent hierarchical organization facilitates navigation, improves action traceability, and enables efficient management of validations and responsibilities within the application.

For optimal implementation of hierarchical organization, we recommend following this order:
