Reporting features

According to the Avanteam FAQ, the system offers several powerful reporting features.

Excel exports

The system allows data export in XLSX format.

Available export types

  • Standard exports: Available from all search views
  • Custom exports: Pre-configured according to your existing reporting templates

Export characteristics

  • One-click export from any view
  • Preservation of applied filters
  • Export of all visible columns or custom selection
  • Ability to export up to several thousand rows

Views with indicators

Views offer integrated indicators to monitor document status in real time.

Characteristics

  • Indicators integrated into views (number of documents per workflow step, according to their status, etc.)
  • Visual indicators in lists (color codes, icons)
  • Real-time counters

Examples of available indicators

  • Number of documents awaiting verification
  • Number of documents awaiting approval
  • Number of applicable documents
  • Number of archived documents
  • Workflow completion rate

ℹ️ Note: Indicators update automatically based on activity in the application.

Graph Builder

Graph Builder is a custom report creation assistant.

Available report types

The reporting space offers several report categories to analyze your data.

Database status

These reports extract information about the general status of documents.

  • List of active documents
  • List of draft documents
  • List of deleted documents
  • List of documents in a workflow
  • Distribution of documents by type

  • Distribution of documents by sector

Usage and activity

These reports analyze system usage and user activity.

  • Workflow validation time (processing delay analysis)
  • Number of documents consulted over a given period
  • Number of documents modified over a given period
  • Number of documents deleted over a given period
  • Number of documents validated over a given period
  • List of documents under validation with current validator name
  • Activity statistics by user
  • Document access history

Data export

All reports support data export to Excel.

  • All data is exportable to Excel
  • Preservation of calculation formulas in exports
  • Ability to schedule automatic exports

ℹ️ Note: Scheduled exports can be configured by the administrator for regular updates.

Indicator summary

The administrator can publish a custom indicator summary for users.

The system integrates a full-text search engine for quick document access.
