Acknowledgment Receipts

Within processes (workflows), the system automatically manages traceability.

Automatic Traceability​

  • Each action (Approval, Rejection, Information Request) is recorded.
  • The sender of a document is informed (by notification/email) when their document has been processed or if a step has been completed.

Types of Notifications​

Examples of automatic notifications:

  • "The workflow has started"
  • "The workflow is complete"
  • "Your document has been approved"
  • "Your document requires corrections"
