TeamConnect Module (integrated messaging)

TeamConnect is the contextual discussion module integrated into Avanteam. It allows exchanging information directly on a document or folder, keeping all conversation history in the right place.

Commenting​

At the bottom or on the side of forms, you will find the discussion area.

Enter your message and click on the Save icon (or use the Ctrl+Enter shortcut).

Mentions and Sharing​

To get a colleague's attention or give them access to the document, use the @ character followed by their name (e.g.: @John Doe).

They will receive an immediate notification.

  • The @ symbol: Opens input assistance to search for a user.

Actions​

You can Edit or Delete your own comments if needed.
