Automatic notifications and alerts

Avanteam automatically notifies you of important events concerning you (new documents to validate, mentions in a discussion, etc.).

Visual notifications​

  • Visual: Notifications typically appear as "toasts" (small windows) in the bottom right of your screen.
  • They automatically disappear after a few seconds or when you click on them.

Notification center​

On mobile or via the bell icon (depending on configuration), you can access the history of your recent alerts.

Emails​

In addition to visual notifications, summary or direct emails can be sent according to your preferences configured in your user profile.
