The FAQ module allows creating and managing an internal knowledge base.

Overview

Objectives:

  • Centralize frequently asked questions and answers
  • Reduce repetitive requests
  • Share best practices
  • Facilitate onboarding

The FAQ module is accessible from the main menu: FAQ > Knowledge Base

Main Features

Process

Writing → Validation → Publication (visible to all)

Roles:

  • Writer: Creates questions/answers
  • Validator: Reviews and publishes
  • User: Consults and provides feedback
