The FAQ module allows creating and managing an internal knowledge base.
Overview
Objectives:
- Centralize frequently asked questions and answers
- Reduce repetitive requests
- Share best practices
- Facilitate onboarding
The FAQ module is accessible from the main menu: FAQ > Knowledge Base
Main Features
Process
Writing → Validation → Publication (visible to all)
Roles:
- Writer: Creates questions/answers
- Validator: Reviews and publishes
- User: Consults and provides feedback
