Update and manage your knowledge base.
Updating an FAQ
Managers or administrators can edit:
- Open the FAQ
- Click on [Request a revision] or [Create a new version]
- Update the content
- Submit for revalidation if necessary

Archiving an FAQ
Obsolete FAQs can be archived:
- Remain accessible via history
- No longer appear in standard search
- Preserved for traceability
