The dynamic questionnaire module allows you to create and manage interactive forms where questions adapt based on previous responses.

Following questions automatically show or hide based on your previous responses.

Scores and Calculations​

The system can automatically calculate scores based on your responses and generate results.

Offline Mode​

Depending on the configuration, certain questionnaires can be completed offline (on tablet or mobile) and then synchronized later.

Business Case Example (Quality)

During a field audit, the auditor uses their iPad to complete an audit questionnaire. If the answer to "Presence of fire extinguishers?" is "No", a non-compliance question automatically appears. Photos of gaps are taken directly from the tablet and attached to the report.
