Click on a histogram bar (e.g., "May") to drill down into the details and display the list of records that make up this figure.
Export
Use the Excel or Download icon (often in the top right of the widget) to retrieve raw data and rework it.
In a management meeting, the Quality Manager displays the "Management Review" dashboard. He presents the evolution of the Customer Satisfaction Rate over the year. At a glance, he identifies a drop in September. By clicking on the "September" point of the curve, he immediately accesses the list of complaints for that month to analyze the causes with the team.
