Detail Tables and Batch Entry
Some processes require entering lists of repetitive data (order lines, participant lists, plan actions). Detail tables provide an "Excel-like" interface to manage these rows quickly without leaving the form.

Features
Adding Rows
Click the + or Add button (usually located at the top of the table) to insert a new blank row.
Inline Editing
Click directly in a table cell to modify its value (Text, Date, Dropdown list), just like in a spreadsheet.
Automatic Calculations
Totals (Sum, Average) update in real-time at the bottom of numeric columns if configured.
Batch Entry
Allows you to modify the same information across multiple rows simultaneously.
- Check the boxes for the relevant rows.
- Use the group modification option to apply a value (e.g., Change the status of 10 actions to "Completed").
Business Case Example (Quality)
During an Internal Audit, the auditor identifies several non-conformities. In the audit report:
- They use the "Findings" detail table.
- They quickly add 5 rows corresponding to the 5 non-conformities, indicating the severity and process for each.
- They can enter descriptions on the fly, without opening 5 different forms.
