First login and profile configuration
Your user account secures your access and tracks your actions.
There are two login modes depending on your company's configuration:
1. Standard Authentication (Form)
If the application asks you to identify yourself:

- Enter your Username and Password in the form.
- Click the Log in button.
2. Windows Authentication (SSO)
This is the "silent" or integrated mode:
- The system recognizes your Windows session.
- You don't need to enter any password, access to the home page is direct or only requires a single click on a "Windows Login" button.
Forgotten password
If you use standard authentication and have lost your password:
- Click on the Forgot password? link usually located below the login form.
- On the screen that appears:

- Enter your Username or Email address in the indicated field.
- Click Send (or Continue).
- You will receive an automatic email containing a link to reset your password.
- Warning: This link has a limited validity period (often 2 hours).
Profile configuration
Once logged in, customize your environment:
- Locate your Photo (or your initials) in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Click on it then select Preferences (gear or slider icon).
- You access the preferences window where you can modify:

- Display language: Allows you to change the interface language (e.g.: French, English, German).
- Email preference: Defines the frequency of email notifications (e.g.: Immediate, Daily, Weekly).
- Density: Adjusts the interface spacing.
